Referendum Petition - Ordinance 1363

The Board of Trustees may adopt Resolution 2026-02 - A Resolution referring Ordinance No. 1363 to a vote of the registered electors of the Town of Berthoud at an election to be held April 7, 2026 and setting the ballot title. Or the Board of Trustees may rescind Ordinance 1363.
