Yes, if there is room in a paid class, customers can pay the drop-in fee and attend any paid fitness class. Adult $9 and Senior $7.50.

10 years of age and under are not allowed in the fitness areas;
11-13 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at least 16 and have completed an equipment orientation class.
14-15 years of age must pass an equipment orientation class to be allowed to use the area without someone 16 or older.

Yes, click the link below and register for a training session. These classes are free for members are free; non-members must pay a $15 registration fee.

Membership classes are free with your daily admission or your membership check-in. Grab a class card at the front desk and turn that card to the instructor at the location of the class.

To guarantee your spot in a specialty class, registration is available the 1st of Jan, March, June and Sept for the 3 months following. If the specialty class has spot open after registration is closed, you may drop in by purchasing a pass at the front desk and taking your card and receipt to the instructor at the location of the class.

A card means that there is equipment and physical space. If there are no cards available at the front desk, the class is at capacity. Cards are available 1 hour before class start. We recommend arriving early and taking a few moments to warm your body up.

To secure a spot in Specialty classes, please register in advance. For membership classes, take a card upon entry up to an hour before class to ensure equipment and space.

You do not have to be enrolled with Silver Sneakers in order to attend a Silver Sneakers class. If the class labels Silver Sneakers, it is sponsored by Silver Sneakers and they have provided some of the equipment and programming for that class.
