How to Pay My Bill

Start or Stop Water/Sewer Service or Make a Payment

A service start/stop request may be submitted using the online form or over the phone by calling 970-532-2643, Option 1.  Title companies must submit a Final Reading Request instead. Utility bills are due on the 25th of each month.

2026 Water/ Sewer Service rate increase

In 2023, the Town of Berthoud completed a master plan study of our water and wastewater system. That study found that the rates we were charging were not keeping up with inflation and necessary infrastructure maintenance and improvements. For 2026, an 8% adjustment for wastewater utility and a 5% adjustment for water utility will continue our investment to ensure high-quality water production and reliable wastewater management. If you have any questions regarding this rate change, please call 970-532-2643, opt #1 or email Billing@Berthoud.org.
