Youth Orientation

Ages 11-13 are required and 14-15 is highly recommended to complete a fitness equipment orientation prior to using Recreation Center equipment. These sessions will be led by our fitness coordinator in groups of up to 6. Plan for up to an hour.

Ages 11-13 always need to be accompanied by someone age 16 or older to use fitness equipment. Ages 14-15 must complete this class in order to be unsupervised in the fitness center.

Free for members, $15 for non-members

Youth Power Hour

This 60 minute class is designed to keep our youth strong teaching them strength, power, mobility and metabolic conditioning. Our certified personal trainer will guide safe weightlifting techniques, ways improve their health and muscle development and take their athleticism to the next level.

Speed, Agility and Quickness

Speed, agility, and quickness (SAQ) camp will focus on improving your ability to move quickly and efficiently. This is essential for gaining that competitive edge on the field or the court. Activities will work on speed off the mark, quickness of feet and the ability to change direction quickly, developing an explosive element of the game!
