Town of Berthoud Launches New Community Feedback System: Berthoud Report A Concern (BRAC)

Berthoud, CO (July 25, 2024): The Town of Berthoud is excited to announce the launch of a new system designed to enhance community engagement and improve the efficiency of municipal services. The new system, called Berthoud Report A Concern (BRAC), provides residents a streamlined and user-friendly way to report various issues directly to the appropriate department.

While Town staff works hard to maintain Berthoud's beauty, they also rely on its community members to share information when they notice something that needs attention. BRAC's intuitive interface and enhanced functionality make it easier for residents to voice their concerns and for the Town to respond effectively. It empowers community members to report such issues as park vandalism, water leaks, street light outages, and code violations. Each report is automatically sent to the appropriate department, ensuring the issue is addressed efficiently. The new system also supports photo uploads and includes a map feature for pinpointing the exact location of the concern, making it easier for town staff to respond effectively.

"We are excited to introduce BRAC as a new way to listen to our community," said Town Administrator Chris Kirk. "This system replaces our previous reporting method, which had limitations for the residents and our staff. With BRAC, we can offer a more streamlined process that improves communication and record-keeping, ultimately helping us better serve our community."

The Town of Berthoud encourages all residents to utilize BRAC for any issues they notice around town. By working together, we can ensure Berthoud remains a safe, well-maintained, and vibrant community.
