The Board of Trustees are all elected positions serving for four-year terms and is made up of the Mayor and six (6) Trustees. The Board is charged with setting policy, passing the budget and creating the overall vision for the Town of Berthoud.  Click Here to Meet the Current Town of Berthoud Board of Trustees.


The Board of Trustees meets regularly on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month and may schedule additional special meetings as needed. The meetings are held at Town Hall located at 807 Mountain Ave. and begin at 6:30 p.m.
Dates, times and locations of meetings are subject to change, all details are posted on the website under the most current agenda and are also posted at Town Hall on the bulletin board in the front of the building. All meetings are open to the public and subject to Colorado Open Meeting Laws.

Public Welcome and Invited to Speak at Meetings

Near the beginning of each meeting there is an opportunity for the public to address the Board on any topic or to raise concerns. The public is asked to keep their comments brief and under three minutes in length. The Board takes public input very seriously and will direct the City Manager and / or staff as necessary to correct issues that are raised. The Board does not engage in conversation during this opportunity for the public to be heard in order to facilitate efficient meetings that end at a reasonable time. Please sign in on the sheet by the door prior to the beginning of the meeting, the Mayor will call you up in the order on the sheet.
