On Tuesday, April 9, 2019, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Berthoud unanimously approved a resolution in support for Colorado House Bill 19-1260.

Starting November 10, all public spaces will become smoke-free thanks to a new ordinance adopted by Berthoud’s Town Council. This ordinance applies to tobacco smoke, marijuana smoke and any smoke or aerosol generated from electronic smoke devices.
