UTILITY ADVISORY BOARD

The Town of Berthoud Utility Advisory Board was formed in 1992 to have charge and control of the utility systems and facilities of the Town. The utility advisory board's powers, rights, privileges and duties are assigned by the Board of Trustees and are designated by the Board.
The Utlity Advisory Board shall make recommendations to the Board of Trustees regarding acquisition, equipment improvements, location, maintenance, and operations of the utility facilities or systems and can complete any preliminary studies deemed necessary.
The Board consists of five members, at least one Board liaison and one staff representative, as follows:

The staff representative for the Utility Advisory Board is the Public Works Director.
The Board liaison for the Utility Advisory Board are Trustees John Bauer, Michael Patrick and Dick Shepard.
The Utility Advisory Board shall meet monthly, and the meeting date, time and location are to be determined.
