Town of Berthoud Development Code

DEVELOPMENT CODE REVSIONS UNDERWAY — PUBLIC WELCOME TO COMMENT

The Town of Berthoud is in the process of revising its Development Code (Code). The Development Code regulates and directs the process to annex, zone and subdivide land. It also includes chapters on the design of subdivisions and commercial & industrial areas.

Town staff and the Planning Commission are working, chapter by chapter, through the revisions to the Code and would like your input on this material. Three chapters are posted on this website and this time and more will follow in mid-June. Please take the time to comment on these new chapters.

You are cordially invited to attend the next Planning Commission meeting where the Code will be reviewed at Town Hall on June 11, 2009 beginning at 7:00 p.m. Also, check back at this website for more chapters as they come available.
