Text Box: Page 1 Text Box: Ages: 8-13 (8 & 9) (10 & 11) (12 & 13)   Program Season:  June 2nd - July 30th   Registration Period: May 1st – 25th                            Important Dates:  (dates and times are subject to change) Selection Day: June 2nd  5:00p.m. Bein North Skills Clinic: June 14th 9:00 a.m. Bein North Coach Meeting: June 4th. 5:00p.m. Rec Center Practice Begins: Week of June 9th. (times and days depend on coach) Games Begin: June 16th. Evenings.   Program Details: Youth baseball plays with 9 players on each team.  Teams will practice once to twice a week. Games will be played on Monday or Wednesday evenings.  Other than cleats, pants, and gloves, Berthoud Recreation will provide all equipment.   Team Selection:  The goal of the Berthoud Parks and Recreation Department is to provide our participants opportunities to form new friendships, meet new people, and have a fun recreational             atmosphere with teams as balanced as possible.  Parents may request one child to be on their team; however, the fairness of teams is considered first.  Berthoud Recreation does not assure any child will be placed on a team with another requested child. Requests will only be considered if your child is at selection day. Coaches choose practice times after teams are selected. We can not honor practice day requests. Volunteer Coaches Are Needed!
