Greenlawn Cemetery Pricing Information
On June 12, 2007, the Board of Trustees adopted a new fee schedule for Greenlawn Cemetery. The plot prices vary based on location and residents of Berthoud receive a discount on the cost of the grave spaces and columbarium niches.

When a grave space is purchased, the cost of the space and perpetual care are paid. Opening/closing is paid at time of use and is subject to the prices in effect at that time.

Payment Arrangements
Payment arrangements are available for the purchase of grave spaces and markers. We require a down payment of 25%, and can make arrangements for a payout of up to six months. Monthly statements will be sent.
Failure to complete the payout will result in forfeiture of the lots and all funds paid will be refunded, except for a $100 convenience fee.
No burial will be allowed on the grave space until full payment is received.
