UTILITY ADVISORY BOARD

Current Agenda

The Town of Berthoud Utility Advisory Board was formed in 1992 to have charge and control of the utility systems and facilities of the Town. The utility advisory board's powers, rights, privileges and duties are assigned by the Board of Trustees and are designated by the Board.

The Utlity Advisory Board shall make recommendations to the Board of Trustees regarding acquisition, equipment improvements, location, maintenance, and operations of the utility facilities or systems and can complete any preliminary studies deemed necessary.

The Board consists of five members, at least one Board liaison and one staff representative, as follows:

Mountain Avenue Phase 3 Construction Update

Construction on Mountain Avenue will continue west between 6th and 8th Streets for roadwork reconstruction.

Due to the existing condition of the roadway, there will be a two block closure until the street is rebuilt with a road base section.  Local business and pedestrian access will be maintained as much as possible during the closure.

Pavement installation is scheduled for the week of August 30th.
